Homemade Oriental Style Dressing made locally by Emily - 'This is a rich full flavoured dressing of spring onions, coriander, chilli, soy sauce and sesame seed oil. Use for warm noodles with grilled duck or pork. Try on shredded raw vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, radish; may also be used as a dipping sauce.'
