Here at Fred's and Upstairsat33 our ethos is really important to us. We only use fresh, organic ingredients in everything we cook that come from local suppliers to keep out carbon footprint as low as possible. We also aim to be as plastic free and zero waste as possible as sustainability is something we take seriously, from our packaging, to the choice of toiletries in our hotel rooms.

We have collaborated with other small local businesses as supporting each other in these uncertain times is something we try to do as much as possible. As well as being able to buy local gins, chutneys, jams and other gorgeous produce, you'll also find different products such as framed artwork, eco face masks and house plants for sale.

We believe that we are more than a cafe/hotel, but a place to help our community become more sustainable as well as a warm, friendly place to stop by, whether for a coffee, a delicious Sunday brunch or glass of wine in the evening!
