Booking

To book a table please email us at info@fredsofworcester, fill in our contact form or call us on 01905 20082 with a date, time and number of people you'd like to book in. Please note that you will only be booked in once a confirmation has come through to you.

Hotel

No hotel booking are to be taken through this site. Please head over to www.upstairsat33.com to book a room.

Buying online

Please note that we do not do delivery and when an item is bought online and it is pick up only. If you order before 4pm then your items will be ready for you to pick up the next day. A confirmation will be sent to you once your items are ready to be collected.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refunds with valid reason within 30 days of purchase. Please come to the cafe to have a refund issued with your receipt of purchase.
